Shipments that qualify as valuable cargoes such as money, checks, jewelry, watches and bullions are stored and transported by MNG Airlines under high security and safety conditions. 

Valuable cargos are kept in 24/7 staff and camera-protected steel rooms, located in our temporary storage areas. Both their delivery onto the plane and their transportation on air are carried out by loading personnel who have been trained in line with IATA standards, with each transaction monitored and recorded under security surveillance. 

General Information on Documentation, Procedures and Packaging:

Precise information regarding the contents of your valuable packages must be provided and all transportation approvals must be completed during the reservation stage of your package, with all special security arrangements taken care of prior and following its admittance. 

Valuable cargos must be packaged in bags made from opaque thick fabric or any other similar materials, hard plastic or aluminum metal. Packages must be designed with a lock and seal and in a way that prevents them from opening with parts of its contents falling out in case of a blow or tear. Most importantly, they must not contain any marks, labels or stickers that indicate that it is a valuable package. 

You must notify on.kayıt@mngairlines.com and kargo.ihracat@mngairlines.com regarding the delivery time, date, vehicle and personnel of your valuable package at least 24 hours before you submit it to our temporary storage area.
