MNG Airlines was honoured with Logistics Award of Merit at the Foreign Trade Logistics Conference organized by Foreign Trade Undersecretariat between October 14^th - 15^th 2008 in Mersin which is one of the most important ports of Mediterranean.  

Minister of Transport Binali Yıldırım and Minister of State Responsible for Foreign Trade Kursad Tuzmen made opening speeches at the conference.

Specialist academicians who are worldwide well-known in the field of Logistic centers, bureaucrats and ministers responsible for transportation logistics and foreign economical relations of especially Eurasia and Middle East geography and full-scale logistics firms at international levels and logistics executives of retailer chain firms participated in the conference.

 

At the conference, platforms in relation with the resolution of the problems of the public and private sector participants in logistics and foreign trade fields and the areas of providing collaboration and coordination in establishing new opportunities for and the development of the sector took place.

 

Award of firm which is carrying the most export cargo via airlines that is given to MNG Airlines by Minister of Transport Binali Yıldırım and Minister of State Responsible for Foreign Trade Kursad Tuzmen was received by General Manager Hakkı Öztekin.
