Scheduled Cargo
MNG Airlines continues its services to Germany and England with three (3) frequencies a week and 1 frequency to Kazakhstan and China.
Service network has been expanded from Germany and Londra, England to all the other cities located in each of these countries and also to neighboring countries with connecting surface transportation.
With Special Prorate and Interline Agreements concluded with various airlines, we are able to provide services to the points not served by MNG Airlines.

• MNG Airlines has bonded warehouse within border of Ataturk Airport (AHL) and belongs to AHL Customs Authorities. Warehouse has 3000 sqm import, 2000 sqm export temporary storage area and is next to airside of AHL..
• MNG Airlines has bonded warehouse in Mahmutbey which belongs to AHL Customs Authorities. Warehouse has 1500 sqm fast import temporary storage area.
• MNG Airlines has bonded warehouse in Ikitelli Organised Industrial Zone, which belongs to AHL Customs Authorities. Warehouse has 3050 sqm A Type Bounded Warehouse.
• MNG Airlines has bonded warehouse within Adnan Menderes Airport in Izmir which belongs to ADB Customs Authorities. Warehouse has 600 sqm import temporary storage area.
• MNG Airlines has bonded warehouse within Esenboga Airport in Ankara which belongs to ESB Customs Authorities. Warehouse has 300 sqm import temporary storage area.

INFORMATION INFRASTRUCTURE AND BARCODE SYSTEM
MNG uses a software program where the stock registration, warehouse calculation, freight, and accounting system work in integration. Upon the acceptance of the cargo, RF Terminals and Barcode system is all processed electronically until the cargo delivery. The automated system removes the risk of wrong delivery and/or loosing the items. In addition, manual check procedure is done periodically on a monthly basis and electronic stocks are matched against the actual stocks.
EASY ACCESS TO WAREHOUSE AND STOCK INFORMATION
MNG, on request, provides filtered data to Companies and Airlines by e-mail, fax or SITA line free of charge.
NO CLAIM AND DAMAGES
Cargos arriving at MNG Warehouse are carefully stowed and stored without any damage or shortage until the delivery time. If there is any damage at the cargo before arrival at the MNG Warehouse, an official report is prepared immediately in surveillance of the customs authorities. This report is then given to the cargo owner at delivery.
FIRE EXTINGUISHER SYSTEM
Formed in consultation and supervision of the foundation of fire department. There are fire extinguisher and a fire alarm system, classic fire extinguisher equipment, fire hoses and springler fire extinguisher system available for emergency situations. Springler fire extinguisher system goes into effect only at the area where the fire alarm has been received and thereby cargos located in the other areas are prevented from being damaged.
COLD STORES
There are cold stores where 0 –5 C degrees perishable cargo and medical cargos can be protected. Besides, there are also deep freezes kept cargos up to – 20 C degrees
VALUABLE CARGO AREAS
There are strong rooms where secondary security zone is located to hide valuable cargo
TRANSPORT EQUIPMENT WITH HIGH TECHNOLOGY
At MNG Warehouse, there are various capacities forklifts, truck forklifts, Hydraulic transpallets, elevators, electronic scales, x-rays and data logers with sensative temperatures both indoor and outdoor purposes

At MNG Warehouses, there are special areas nominated for inspections and handling for cargos.

UND GUARANTEE
MNG Airlines is a member of International Transporters Assosiation (UND) and Global guarantee in the value of unlimited is available valid for all customs. Transit operation to all the customs located in Turkey are carried out with global guaranteed vehicles.
SCHDULED TRANSIT ROAD FREIGHT SERVICES
MNG Airlines has got schduled transit truck services both domestic and international basis. In domestic bases, there are regular services between AHL Customs Authorities and Ankara ESB Customs Authorities, Izmir ADB Customs Authorities,Adana ADA Customs Authorities. In international bases, there are regular transit truck services between AHL Customs Authorities and Sofia, Bucharest, Athens.
INSURANCE
Insurance covering all the risks and financial liability to third parties including the processes from the delivery of cargo to MNG, storage, transportation and up until the delivery of cargo to its owner

Export Warehouse (Temporary Storage Place)
MNG Airlines has export warehouse within border of Ataturk Airport (AHL) and belongs to AHL Customs Authorities. Warehouse has 2,350 sqm export temporary storage area and is next to airside of AHL.

SCALE WITH 60 TONNES CAPACITY
The big scale in front of the Export Warehouse of MNG Airlines has 60 tonnes capacity, it weighs the trucks bringing the cargo and scale reports are printed and delivered. The scale has been calibrated every year and its certificate has been renewed on regular basis.
FAST AND SPEEDY ACCEPTANCE
Cargo which has been taken by MNG Airlines staff are accepted and built up with the advantages of high technology and information infrastructure.

The online custom approval is taken by being entegrated with ICS system.

CARGO BUILT-UP WITHOUT ANY MISSING AND DAMAGE
Cargos arriving at MNG Warehouse are carefully stowed and built up without any damage or shortage until the delivery time in the aircraft. If there is any damage at the cargo before delivery in the MNG Warehouse, an official report is prepared immediately in surveillance of the customs authorities. This report is then given to the cargo owner at acceptance.

DANGEROUS GOODS ACCEPTANCE AND AREA
Dangerous goods are accepted by DGR acceptance specialists of MNG Airlines after checking them according to IATA DGR standards and then kept in DGR room up to placing on ULDs. Necessary information and instructions are being provided by DGR specialists to the customers.

RING SERVICE
The ring service of MNG export warehouse services between the warehouse and the custom building of AHL.
NOTE: The export warehouse services are done out of custom working hours ( 09:00 / 17:00) during weekdays only when the overwork service charge is paid to Custom House of Ataturk Airport and the invoice is delivered to MNG Airlines Export Office.
Aircraft Maintenance Services
MNG Airlines has a Technical Department for the technical / maintenance management for and providing line maintenance services to its fleet.Besides MNG Airlines, there are two companies under MNG Group which provide aircraft maintenance services:
- MNG Technic Aircraft Maintenance Services Inc which is capable of giving line / base maintenance services to most of the commercial jets.
